Responsibilities

Assist case managers and attorneys with organizing, filing, and maintaining client files (up to 100+ cases).
Collect and submit requests for medical records, accident reports, driving records, and vehicle ownership.
Copy documents and demand packages; prepare and send turndowns and letters.
Perform general office duties (typing, machines, mail).
Create client folders and send demand letters.
Other related duties as assigned to support the team.
