Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to support attorneys and manage a varied caseload. You will assist in developing settlements, preparing documents, and maintaining client communications, all under attorney supervision.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused and empathetic, able to coordinate with clients, insurers, and medical providers, and to manage cases from intake to closing in a fast-paced legal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients via telephone and in person.
• Order medical records and communicate with clients/providers during treatment.
• Obtain documents to support injury/liability positions.
• Interface with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances.
• Maintain organized case files and prepare demands for carriers under attorney supervision.
• Assist attorneys and present case synopses when required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
