Epiphany Dermatology invites NPs and PAs to join Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive dermatology training program led by our Physician Directors. Training takes place in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with daily clinical rotations and hands-on practice to build confidence and clinical skills.

Upon completion, a guaranteed placement at a designated clinic awaits, and the program offers a training salary of $60,000 per year, plus a sign-on bonus, housing stipend, and reimbursement for travel and education

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified PA or NP.
• Commitment to dermatology and long-term growth.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to the clinic after program.
• Willing to sign a 5-year employment commitment after program.
