Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology invites NPs and PAs to join Learn Derm, a 12-month immersion to become confident dermatology providers. Training combines didactic education with daily clinical rotations led by two physician directors, with hands-on practice and milestone assessments.

Participants relocate to TX for training (El Paso or Dallas), with guaranteed job placement at a designated clinic upon successful completion and a transitional salary of $60,000 during training, plus travel and housing

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Able to commit to a 5-year employment contract following program completion.
