Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology is offering Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for NPs and PAs to launch a dermatology career. Training occurs in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with daily clinical rotations and hands-on practice conducted under two Physician Directors.

Upon program completion, a guaranteed job placement at a predetermined clinic is available, with relocation to TX during training and to an assigned clinic afterward. A 5-year employment commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants (PA) or Nurse Practitioners (NP).
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Able to commit to a 5-year employment contract following program completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month dermatology training program (Learn Derm).
• Engage in didactic and clinical dermatology training.
• Complete milestone-based skill assessments and clinical rotations.
• Secure guaranteed job placement at a predetermined clinic upon successful completion.
