The program features a training salary of $60,000, housing stipend during training, sign-on bonus, and relocation support, plus reimbursement for eligible travel and education expenses, with guaranteed placement after completion and a 5-year

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX (for training) and to an assigned clinic post-training.
• Able to commit to a 5-year employment contract after program completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 12-month didactic and clinical dermatology training.
• Daily clinical rotations to maximize exposure to diverse skin conditions.
• Hands-on clinical practice to solidify dermatology skills.
• Milestone-based skill assessments to track progress.
