Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month immersive training program for NPs and PAs to launch a dermatology career. Led by two Physician Directors, the program blends in-depth education with real-world clinical exposure to help you become a confident dermatology provider.

Training occurs with daily rotations in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with hands-on practice, milestone assessments, and a guaranteed clinic placement after completion. After graduation, opportunities exist in Roswell, NM.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Physician Assistants or Nurse Practitioners.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to a clinic after program.
• Commitment to a 5-year employment term following completion.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month dermatology training program with didactic and clinical exposure.
• Engage in daily clinical rotations to gain broad exposure to skin conditions.
• Build hands-on clinical skills with milestone-based assessments.
• Secure guaranteed job placement at a designated clinic after program completion.
