Epiphany Dermatology invites licensed Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join Learn Derm, a 12-month, immersive dermatology training program led by our Physician Directors. You will gain didactic and hands-on clinical experience to become a confident dermatology provider.

During training, you’ll rotate daily in El Paso or Dallas, TX, with a salary of $60,000 and a housing stipend, plus reimbursements for eligible travel and education costs.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.
• Interest in dermatology and commitment to long-term growth.
• Willing to relocate to TX for training and to the clinic after program.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month didactic and clinical dermatology training.
• Daily clinical rotations to maximize exposure to diverse skin conditions.
• Hands-on clinical practice and milestone-based skill assessments.
• Guaranteed job placement at a predetermined clinic after successful completion.
