Job summary

Epiphany Dermatology offers Learn Derm, a 12-month training program for NPs and PAs to launch a dermatology career with hands-on clinical exposure and didactic learning. The program is led by two Physician Directors and includes milestone assessments and guaranteed post-training placement.

Training sites include El Paso, TX and Dallas, TX, with competitive compensation during the training period and housing allowance, plus travel/education reimbursements as applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed and board-certified NP or PA
• Willing to relocate to TX for training
• Commitment to 5-year post-training employment

Responsibilities

• 12-month immersive dermatology training led by two Physician Directors
• Daily clinical rotations to maximize exposure to diverse skin conditions
• Hands-on clinical practice to solidify dermatology skills
• Milestone-based skill assessments to track progress
• Guaranteed job placement at a predetermined clinic upon successful completion

Education

Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification
