AppleOne Employment Services in El Monte, CA is seeking an Entry Level Loan Specialist for a contract role. The position supports loan servicing operations, including setting up borrower records, processing payments, reconciling GL activity, and performing loan maintenance tasks.

Competenze

Associate degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 1 year of relevant banking or loan servicing exposure.
Data entry and office experience required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.

Mansioni

Create CIS records for new borrowers and support Beneficial Ownership requirements.
Review Beneficial Ownership Certifications for accuracy and follow up with internal customers.
Reconcile General Ledger activity related to invoices, payments, wires, and suspense.
Process standard loan payments, CIS updates, and non-monetary loan maintenance.
Respond to internal inquiries and support end-of-day balancing.
Prepare management reports for compliance and GL certification.
