This is an operations-focused role supporting lending and loan servicing activities; you will keep loan files organized, ensure servicing information is accurate, and move new transactions forward.

Qualifications

• Experience in private lending, mortgage, escrow, title, banking or loan servicing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day loan servicing and loan administration.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical loan files.
• Update loan information and activity in Salesforce and other systems.
• Assist with onboarding new loans to our third-party servicing company.
• Monitor insurance and other required loan documentation.
• Prepare routine borrower communications and payment reminders.
• Assist with payoff and closed-loan processing.
• Communicate professionally with borrowers, escrow, title and servicing companies.
• Assist with new loan openings and document collection as experience grows.
• Support annual audits and special projects.
