AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a detail-oriented Banking Operations professional for a contract/temporary opportunity in El Monte, CA. This role is ideal for a banking back-office operations candidate who enjoys working with financial transactions, reconciliations, exception processing, research, and customer inquiries in a deadline-driven environment.

This position contributes to critical banking operations functions that support accuracy, compliance, and timely transaction processing.

Qualificações

• GL balancing, reconciliations, and transaction research.
• Process return items, non-post items, exception transactions, foreign items, ATM balancing, and adjustments.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone and email.
• Support accurate and timely bank record administration.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Banking back-office operations experience within a banking institution is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Perform general ledger balancing and account reconciliations accurately and within required timelines.
• Process return items, non-post items, exception transactions, foreign items, ATM balancing, and transaction adjustments.
• Respond to customer inquiries clearly and professionally via phone and email.
• Conduct research and support the creation, reproduction, and use of bank records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate with minimal supervision while exercising sound judgment to complete assigned work.
• Follow banking policies, procedures, attendance expectations, and operational controls.
