Blue Origin seeks an Operations Integrator to lead CONOPS, system integration, and test activities for the New Glenn program in Seattle. You will own subsystem operations, collaborate across design and manufacturing, and drive risk reduction through rigorous testing and data analysis.

The role requires a BS in engineering, 2+ years in mechanical/hydraulic systems, and strong communication skills to coordinate across teams in a high-velocity aerospace environment.

Competenze

• BS degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience with mechanical or hydraulic systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Understanding of hydraulic system principles, components, and operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and capable of balancing several tasks.

Mansioni

• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation.
• Author operations documents defining testing requirements, lifecycle, maintenance, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and operations teams for seamless integration.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria for Stage 1 mechanical subsystems.
• Provide real-time on-console support for integrated tests, launches and recovery operations.
• Analyze test data and provide actionable design improvement recommendations.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
