Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking entry-level engineers for hands-on testing roles across multiple business units. You will rotate through a one-year development program, gaining exposure to New Glenn, Blue Engines, Lunar Permanence and more, with mentorship to determine the best team fit for your career.

The role starts after graduation, with rolling applications and the option to be placed at Huntsville, Seattle, Cape Canaveral, Los Angeles, or Van Horn.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in a engineering discipline and graduation within the last year.
• Experience in testing environments and executing test procedures.
• Internship/co-op or hands-on experience demonstrating technical skills and leadership qualities.
• Ability to earn trust and work well in diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and in teams on rapid development programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and operate test systems for fluid, propulsion, mechanical and electronic systems.
• Analyze test data to support verification tasks.
• Direct hardware integration into test facilities.
• Plan tests, assess risks, set up, execute, review data, and analyze performance.
• Develop test support software and equipment to improve frequency and quality of testing.
• Identify and resolve test-related problems.
