Blue Origin is seeking early career engineers to join our Direct Hire and New Graduate Rotation pathways in Seattle and other locations. You will be matched with an engineering team based on your skills, receiving hands-on experience and mentorship across our diverse programs supporting spaceflight.

The one-year rotation exposes you to multiple fields such as propulsion, test engineering, and operations, culminating in a clear path to the best team fit for your ongoing career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in mechanical, aerospace or electrical engineering or similar.
• Experience in a testing environment and executing test procedures.
• Internship/co-op or hands-on experience demonstrating technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis, and operation of test systems for fluid, propulsion, mechanical and electronic components.
• Analyze test data to support requirements verification.
• Direct hardware integration into test facilities and coordinate risk assessments.
• Develop test support software to improve test frequency and quality.
• Identify and resolve test-related problems.
