Blue Origin LLC in Florida seeks a Fluids/Mechanical Operations Integrator Engineer to support New Glenn development and operations. The role covers real-time console support, CONOPS development, and cross-functional integration across design, manufacturing, software, and test teams.

The ideal candidate holds a B.S. in Mechanical/Aerospace engineering with 4+ years in mechanical or pressurized systems, strong systems engineering background, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Aerospace, or related field.
• 4+ years in mechanical or pressurized systems.
• Experience with system engineering principles and processes.
• Experience in analysis, design, or integrated testing of mechanical or fluid power systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; self-directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time on-console support for integrated tests, launch and recovery operations.
• Support hardware design reviews and technical assessments.
• Serve as primary technical POC for all design, test, software, operations, and refurbishment artifacts for your subsystem.
• Develop and maintain CONOPS documentation and detailed vehicle operational timelines.
• Define product testing requirements, operations lifecycle, maintenance requirements, and critical interfaces across the system.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, software, test, and operations teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Support failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
