Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across Winston-Salem, NC and surrounding regions. You will build trusted relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems while aligning with regulatory and patient-access frameworks.

The role emphasizes clinical education, account management, and payer navigation, with up to 70% travel and a focus on pre-launch execution and site-of-care dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales in specialty areas.
• Experience with psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and payer/navigation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy for launch uptake.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver compliant, scientifically accurate product education to providers.
• Identify suitable patients and explain referral pathways.
• Support onboarding and optimization of treatment delivery workflows at sites.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Patient Support to ensure coordinated execution.
• Assist providers with reimbursement and access challenges.
• Share field insights to inform brand strategy.
• Manage territory planning and performance tracking.
