Responsibilities

• Provide production support for packaging manufacturing to achieve output and yield goals.
• Address product and process quality issues and guide production staff.
• Perform engineering tests and process improvement projects; prepare reports for management.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
• Provide technical support for out‑of‑process operations and coordinate with suppliers.
• Train and certify production assemblers with hands‑on methods.
