Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain launch issue, deviation, and action trackers.
• Coordinate follow-up on corrective actions and open risks.
• Develop dashboards and status reports for leadership reviews.
• Support containment and readiness activities.
• Monitor issue aging and escalate overdue actions.
• Facilitate launch review meetings and document actions.
• Analyze trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
