Job summary

Slate Auto seeks a Program Management Lead - Launch to drive launch readiness, quality performance, issue resolution and cross-functional execution for production ramp-up. You will own dashboards and metrics, coordinate escalation and containment, and report to executives while coaching program analysts.

The role requires a bachelor degree in engineering or related field and 3–5 years in automotive launch or program management, with strong leadership and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of automotive manufacturing, launch, quality, or program management experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Lean, and Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead launch issue management and readiness reviews across functions.
• Drive accountability across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Own launch dashboards, quality metrics, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate containment and corrective action strategies for launches.
• Facilitate senior leadership reviews and mentor Program Management Analysts.
