Qualifications
3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience supporting program launches or project coordination is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Department Leads and team members for program launch.
Assist with onboarding activities related to recruiting events and new hire orientation.
Monitor hourly employee timekeeping systems to ensure accurate recording of hours worked.
