Job summary

Cardinal Group Companies is seeking a New Development Community Manager to oversee all phases of onsite operations during lease-up and development. You will manage leasing, marketing, maintenance, finances, administration, and risk management to maximize resident experience and community value.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate budgets, analyze monthly statements, and build partnerships with local businesses to drive occupancy.

Qualifications

Four years of property management experience with strong leasing and marketing knowledge.
Proficiency with Entrata or similar property management software.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Establish leasing benchmarks and a marketing plan to hit occupancy goals.
Plan grand opening events and form in-market partnerships for brand awareness.
Analyze market trends to adjust marketing strategy and stay competitive.
Direct day-to-day operations including loss prevention, risk management, and maintenance.
Develop operating income through budgeting and leasing strategy.
Prepare monthly financial statements and manage cash flow and receivables.
