Job summary

Amazon Robotics seeks a Technical Product Launch Manager to own end-to-end launches of next‑gen robotics technologies within Amazon's live operations. You will lead field tests, train teams, and drive product improvements that shape the engineering roadmap across multiple sites.

You will cultivate relationships with site leaders and customers, triage issues during NPIs, and deliver status updates to senior stakeholders. A data-driven, ambiguity-tolerant leader will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• Experience in customer-facing role with executives or partners.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Experience in leading transformation project teams across functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end launch and field testing of new automation solutions; track deliverables, manage project risks, and publish status reports.
• Build deep expertise in site operations and maintenance; cultivate relationships with site customers and advocate in product decisions.
• Analyze performance, availability, and quality metrics during field tests; identify root causes and translate findings into product/process improvements.
• Evaluate user roles against requirements, manage a prioritized feature backlog, and champion high-impact improvements in roadmap and sprint reviews.
• Develop and deliver user training across levels, including teardown procedures for maintenance.
• Manage day-to-day field testing, secure leadership buy-in for changes, and triage issues from NPI activities to stay on schedule.
