Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Technical Product Launch Manager to own end-to-end launches of next-generation robotics technologies within Amazon's live operations. You will lead field tests, coordinate training, and drive improvements across multiple sites to optimize maintenance and uptime.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to translate field observations into a roadmap for engineering teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of leading large-scale technical or engineering programs.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with executives/technologists to solve problems with advanced technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
• Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams across broad functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end launch and field testing of new automation solutions; track deliverables, manage risks, publish status reports.
• Cultivate site operations knowledge and maintain strong relationships with site customers; advocate for product decisions.
• Analyze performance, availability, and quality metrics; identify root causes and translate into improvements.
• Evaluate user roles against product requirements, manage a prioritized feature backlog and roadmap.
• Develop and deliver user training from associate to leadership levels, including teardown procedures.
• Manage day-to-day field testing, secure leadership buy-in for changes, triage issues from NPI activities.
