Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the AFP Marketing, Acquisition and Experience team to design scalable launch processes for Amazon Freight Partner. You will lead cross-functional efforts with initiative owners to meet launch goals, mitigate risks, and optimize the customer experience for entrepreneurs joining the program.

You will set objectives, analyze data, execute plans, and drive continuous improvement across product, process, and service launches while communicating results

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Designing and documenting a scalable launch process.
• Driving complex projects focusing on results and metric measurement to launch flawlessly and on time.
• Partnering with initiative owners and using influence to ensure requirements for new launches are met.
• Developing a perfect launch metric, including escalations data, and tracking our performance against it.
• Conducting retrospectives to identify opportunities to further improve our launch process.
• Removing roadblocks, and identifying and mitigating risks.
