Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is hiring a Senior Manager, Business Operations to plan, build, launch, and scale a new U.S. manufacturing facility in the Atlanta or Indianapolis market.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Transformation, this person will be a core member of the launch team and the day-to-day program leader connecting internal functions with real estate, design and construction, equipment, and other external partners.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in management consulting, business operations, or manufacturing programs.
• Experience leading factory launches or major capital programs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations, business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the launch of a new U.S. manufacturing facility with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate site planning, lease diligence, design, buildout, procurement, and commissioning.
• Translate demand and capacity into operating designs, staffing, and supply chain strategies.
• Establish governance, budget control, and performance management for the launch.
• Ensure systems readiness including ERP, production, warehouse, and KPI dashboards.
