Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to plan, build, and scale a new U.S. manufacturing facility with initial work in Sunnyvale, Texas.

You will coordinate with real estate, design, equipment, and external partners to prepare for launch and eventual site operation. The role requires 7–10 years in management consulting, business operations, or manufacturing, plus hands-on experience with capital programs and cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in management consulting, business ops, or manufacturing-related fields.
• Experience leading factory launches, expansion projects, or capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Embedded in Texas ops to capture end-to-end launch learnings and build playbooks.
• Manage the integrated master plan for facility launch with governance.
• Coordinate with design, real estate, utilities, IT, and vendors for launch readiness.
• Define layout, material flow, and equipment requirements with engineering teams.
• Translate demand into operating design: labor, supply chain, staffing plans.
• Coordinate ERP and warehouse systems readiness and KPI dashboards.
• Establish change-management practices with SOPs and training.
• Transition to the new site and lead launch governance and performance.
