Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the launch of new manufacturing facilities, from planning through turnover. The role sits at the intersection of construction management and factory development, ensuring production needs and budgets guide every decision.

You will partner with engineering, manage field execution, and coordinate with architects and GCs to deliver on schedule. Procore experience, 50% travel, and a proven track record in complex facilities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant STEM field, or 8+ years of hands‑on field experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years in construction management, capital project execution, manufacturing facilities development, or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience launching or standing up new manufacturing or production facilities, ideally in environments with engineering and production complexity similar to Hadrian.
• Direct field ownership of projects with GC or subcontractor oversight.
• Proficiency in Procore or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end launch of new manufacturing facilities.
• Serve as the day-to-day Owner's Representative on active construction sites.
• Own construction scheduling - manage the critical path and blockers.
• Intake facility requirements from engineering and drive progression to production readiness.
• Provide feedback during design reviews and ensure constructability and sequencing.
• Coordinate with external architects/GCs and internal Hadrian teams.
