Landing is seeking a Launch Operations Manager to lead unit turnovers across Texas markets from deal sign‑off to hand‑off. You will move furniture, line up crews, manage budgets, and ensure on‑time, quality handovers to local teams.

This hands‑on role requires coordinating multiple launches, negotiating with vendors, and traveling up to 75% across Texas to keep schedules on track and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on operations experience in property management, logistics, construction, moving, or hospitality turnover.
• Track record of running several projects at once with tight deadlines and multiple vendors.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing a budget.
• Comfort with physical, on-site work and learning furniture assembly, TV mounting, painting, cleaning, and moving.
• Calm problem-solving on-site and clear, direct communication with stakeholders.
• Leadership presence to motivate crews and maintain high standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across Texas markets.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple launches at once, coordinating 3–5 projects with 5–50 furnished units over ~2-week timelines.
• Build and manage vendor bench; source, negotiate, and contract movers, cleaners, painters, assemblers, and trades.
• Own the budget: track costs, find savings, flag overruns.
• Lead on-site: meet property teams, direct contractors, walk-throughs, close punch lists, and hit deadlines.
• Train crews to Landing’s standards for consistency across markets.
• Keep stakeholders informed via Slack, Dialpad, and Google Workspace.
• Ensure final unit QC meets brand standards before hand-off.
