Landing, Inc. is seeking a Launch Operations Manager to turn new buildings into move-in-ready homes across East Coast markets. You will manage the end-to-end process from signing to hand-off, moving furniture, coordinating crews, and ensuring on-time, on-budget launches.

You’ll negotiate with moving and trades vendors, supervise on-site work, and train crews to Landing’s standards. This hands-on role requires travel up to 75% and strong leadership across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of hands-on operations experience in property management, logistics, construction, moving, or hospitality turnover.
• Experience running multiple projects with tight deadlines and many vendors.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing a budget.
• Comfort with physical, hands-on work including furniture assembly, TV mounting, painting, cleaning, and moving.
• Calm problem-solving on-site and ability to lead a crew.

Aufgaben

• Run multiple launches concurrently, planning 3–5 projects with 5–50 units each on ~2-week timelines.
• Build, source, negotiate with, and manage a vendor bench for movers, junk removal, painters, cleaners, furniture assemblers, TV mounters, and specialty trades.
• Own and track project budgets, identify savings, and flag overruns early.
• Lead on-site activities, meet property teams, direct contractors, perform walk-throughs, close punch lists, and pitch in when needed to hit deadlines.
• Train crews on Landing’s standards for painting, moving, assembly, and TV mounting to ensure consistency across markets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders via Slack, Dialpad, and Google Workspace; provide clear status updates and escalate blockers.
