Job summary

Landing is looking for a hands-on Launch Operations Manager to drive unit turnovers from deal signing to local hand-off across Texas markets. You will move furniture, line up crews, and ensure every unit meets Landing’s standards on time and within budget.

You’ll negotiate with moving companies, manage multiple launches, and lead on-site crews to hit timelines while maintaining cost controls and quality. Some days you’ll mount TVs and coordinate vendors directly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on operations experience in property management, logistics, construction, moving, or hospitality turnover.
• Track record of running several projects at once with tight deadlines and multiple vendors.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing a budget.
• Comfort with physical, hands-on work and ability to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple launches at once, sequencing 3–5 projects with 5–50 furnished units over ~2-week timelines.
• Build and manage vendor bench: negotiate, contract movers, painters, cleaners, installers, and related trades.
• Own the budget: track costs, find savings, flag overruns before they happen.
• Lead on-site: direct crews, conduct walk-throughs, resolve issues, and close punch lists on schedule.
• Train crews to Landing’s standards for painting, moving, and assembly.
• Keep stakeholders informed: Slack, Dialpad, and Google Workspace status updates.
