Job summary

Landing is seeking a hands-on Launch Operations Manager to drive end-to-end unit turnovers across East Coast markets. You will coordinate furniture moves, line up and manage crews, and ensure each unit meets Landing’s standards on time and within budget.

You’ll negotiate with vendors, lead on-site teams, and maintain schedules, with travel up to 75%. This role offers growth within a field-ops leadership track and a base salary of $75,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on operations experience in property management, logistics, or turnover.
• Experience running multiple projects with tight deadlines and many vendors.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing a budget.
• Comfort with physical, hands-on work and teaching others.
• Calm problem-solving on-site and strong communication with teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% across East Coast markets.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple launches simultaneously (plan 3–5 projects at a time, 5–50 units each).
• Build and manage a vendor bench (movers, painters, cleaners, furniture assemblers, TV mounters).
• Own the budget: track costs, find savings, flag overruns.
• Lead on-site: direct contractors, walk-throughs, close punch lists, hit deadlines.
• Train crews on Landing’s standards for painting, moving, assembly, and mounting.
• Coordinate with stakeholders via Slack, Dialpad, and Google Workspace and provide status updates.
