Job summary

Landing, Inc. is seeking a Launch Operations Manager to turn new deals into move-in-ready homes across Texas. You will lead all activities from day one after signing a deal through hand-off to local teams, coordinating crews, shipping furniture, and ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

You’ll negotiate with vendors, direct on-site teams, and teach crews Landing’s standards to maintain consistency across markets. This role requires up to 75% travel in Texas and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on operations experience in related fields (property management, logistics, moving, or hospitality turnover).
• Proven track record of running multiple projects with tight deadlines and many vendors.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and managing a budget.
• Comfort with physical, hands-on work and willingness to learn furniture assembly, TV mounting, painting, cleaning, and moving.
• Calm, on-site problem solving and ability to keep projects moving.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple launches concurrently (3–5 projects) with 5–50 furnished units each.
• Build, negotiate, and manage a vendor bench (movers, painters, cleaners, furniture assemblers, etc.).
• Own project budgets, track costs, and flag overruns.
• Lead on-site activities: meet property teams, direct contractors, perform walkthroughs, close punch lists.
• Train crews to Landing’s standards for painting, moving, assembly, and mounting.
• Coordinate updates with stakeholders via Slack, Dialpad, and Google Workspace.
