Job summary

Moutonière, a new luxury house, seeks an Operations & Project Manager to drive the SS27 launch and upcoming Austin retail opening. You will own the multi-track launch calendar, coordinate international vendors, and ensure flawless execution across production, packaging, campaign, and ecommerce workstreams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically rigorous, with strong written communication and the capacity to learn fashion production quickly while working directly with the founders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; strong academic record preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with multiple workstreams.
• Clear, professional written communication with vendors and executives.
• Ability to learn fashion production processes quickly and operate independently.

Responsibilities

• Own master production and launch calendar across production, packaging, and marketing.
• Coordinate vendor communications with factories, mills, and suppliers in multiple countries.
• Run weekly status reviews and ensure timely actions and ownership.
• Manage asset delivery and ensure files are organized for campaigns and PR.
