Job summary

Montblanc Americas in New York City is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee boutique operations, optimize profitability, and enforce Richemont group standards. You will lead the team, manage inventory, and drive efficiency while ensuring exceptional client service.

The role requires strong leadership, 3–5 years in retail operations (2+ in management), and experience with inventory controls and standard software tools. This is an on-site position at the Madison Ave flagship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field required.
• 3–5 years retail operations experience, with 2+ in management or supervision.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop a team.
• Strong inventory management and communications skills; familiarity with retail software.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique operations with strong leadership alongside sales teams.
• Oversee inventory, receiving, storage, cycle counts and accuracy.
• Develop procedures to improve efficiency and reduce losses.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budget, and drive profitability.
• Coordinate with corporate and other boutiques to share best practices.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and issue resolution.
