Job summary

The Boutique Director at Maison will lead the launch and ongoing operation of the Madison Avenue flagship boutique, driving commercial performance and delivering an elevated client experience.

You will build a high-performing retail team, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, and represent the Maison at events and in the luxury community. Strong leadership and a track record in luxury retail are essential.

Qualifications

• Progressive luxury retail management experience, preferably in menswear or lifestyle.
• Demonstrated success achieving sales targets and managing P&L.
• Strong leadership, communication, recruiting, team development, clienteling, VIP relationship management, and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales, KPI, and profitability goals; analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, boutique presentation, budgets, payroll, expenses, and operational compliance.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate the team, conduct performance reviews, and establish development plans.
• Lead clienteling, VIP relationships, and exceptional service on the sales floor; resolve complex client situations.
• Represent the Maison at events and within the local luxury community, and share market insights with commercial and global teams.
