Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharma/biotech commercial operations or launch management.
• Experience supporting at least one product launch in a matrix environment.
• Strong facilitation, planning, and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day launch plan and maintain accuracy in the Lx Playbook.
• Facilitate cross-functional governance and cadence of launch meetings.
• Track milestones and dependencies; communicate risks to leadership.
• Coordinate promotional materials review and cross-functional alignment.
• Support post-launch reconciliation and go-live readiness.
