Primary Talent Partners, LLC is seeking a Product Launch Manager for a 12-month contract in Lawrence Township, NJ. The role embeds within a Brand's Core and Full Matrix launch teams, ensuring day-to-day operational management of launch activities and governance.

You will drive the launch plan, track milestones, and maintain the Lx Playbook while coordinating with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and other functions to execute the enterprise-wide roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharma/biotech commercial operations, brand marketing, or launch management.
• Experience supporting or managing at least one product launch in a matrixed pharma/biotech environment.
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional milestone tracking tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory and promotional review processes (MLR/PRC).

Responsabilités

• Drive day-to-day operational management of the launch plan and milestones.
• Facilitate cross-functional governance and team enablement.
• Maintain the Lx Playbook and ensure accurate, up-to-date launch data.
• Provide reports and dashboards supporting decision-making for Brand Lead and leadership.
• Coordinate with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory, and other functions.
