Job summary

ECLARO is seeking a Launch Manager for a 12-month contract in Lawrence Township, NJ. This role operates within a single brand’s Core and Full Matrix launch teams to execute the launch plan and governance across Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory functions.

You will manage day-to-day launch activities, maintain the Lx Playbook, track milestones, and produce dashboards for leadership. This is a high-visibility, delivery-focused role requiring strong PM skills and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial operations, brand marketing, project management, or launch management.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or managing at least one product launch in a matrixed pharma/biotech environment.
• Strong project management skills, including cross-functional milestone tracking tools.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical promotional review process (MLR) and launch governance practices.
• Excellent meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to drive accountability across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day operational management of the launch, from initiation through post-launch.
• Form and govern cross-functional launch teams with Medical, Marketing, Market Access, Regulatory input.
• Maintain the Lx Playbook, dashboards, and governance cadence with regular updates.
• Track milestones, regulatory dates, and interdependencies; provide risk mitigation visibility.
• Coordinate promotional materials reviews and alignment with MLR/PRC processes.
• Facilitate key meetings and ensure timely action items and reporting to leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related
