Job summary

Relativity Space is hiring for an on-site IT support role at Cape Canaveral, FL. You will provide Tier 1/2 desktop and network support, set up devices, manage user accounts, and maintain asset inventory, ensuring smooth operations for launch activities.

You’ll work across Windows/macos ecosystems, assist with AV/conferencing issues, and coordinate with Systems/Network teams to resolve complex problems. A genuine interest in space and aerospace is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a help desk, desktop support, or IT support role (internships count).
• Working knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, VPN, printers).
• Experience supporting end-user hardware (laptops, mobile devices, peripherals).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Zendesk, or similar).
• Strong customer service orientation and clear communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move IT equipment and work on-site at Cape Canaveral, FL.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required site access/security clearances for a launch facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1/2 technical support (hardware, software, network connectivity) to site personnel.
• Set up, image, and deploy laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Manage user account provisioning/deprovisioning, including onboarding and offboarding support.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and track equipment across the Cape site.
• Troubleshoot basic network, printer, A/V, and conferencing issues.
• Escalate complex issues to Systems/Network Administrators as needed.
• Document recurring issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Support IT needs for new hire onboarding, office moves, and site events.
