Relativity Space is seeking an IT Associate II to join the Service Desk at our Stennis, MS facilities. You will collaborate with Systems Administrators and Engineers to support the desktop experience, launch systems, and network resources in IT Operations.

This hands-on role develops your IT and service desk skills while working with aerospace experts in a fast-paced environment focused on automation and efficiency. Relativity Space values ownership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, asset management, or related technical role.
• Enterprise-level support experience with Linux, iOS, and Android operating systems.
• Network+ certification or equivalent networking/IT certification.
• Hands-on experience configuring network hardware from vendors such as Cisco, Fortinet, or Arista.
• Demonstrated experience with asset lifecycle management, asset tracking, and technical documentation.
• Working knowledge of IT management tools including ADUC, MDM, MDT, Office 365 Admin Console, and similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen IT operations at our Stennis Test site by actively supporting daily service desk operations, ticket management, and technical support requirements to enable continued growth in Mississippi.
• Provide responsive technical support by troubleshooting and resolving desktop, user experience, and system issues with professionalism and a focus on timely resolution.
• Deploy and maintain endpoint devices and infrastructure, working collaboratively with other IT teams to ensure reliable technology operations across the site.
• Develop and document scalable solutions that proactively reduce repetitive service requests and streamline support workflows for improved efficiency.
• Apply deep desktop OS expertise to diagnose complex technical issues, enhance end‑user experience, and continuously identify opportunities to refine and improve IT service delivery practices.
• Utilize strong networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues, support network‑dependent systems, and contribute to infrastructure reliability and performance optimization.
