Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSales Associate for its Black and Gold Academy in Pleasant Grove, CA. This 12-month program trains you in sales, account management, and product knowledge with a path to Territory Sales Representative.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Recent graduates or early career candidates welcome.

• Valid driver’s license and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Black and Gold Academy; learn professional selling skills.
• Shadow Territory Sales Representatives and observe customer interactions.
• Visit customer sites with sales leaders to understand needs and applications.
• Assist with lead generation and revenue growth in assigned territories.
