Responsibilities
- Black and Gold Academy — Sales Training & Development: participate in the premier sales training program and learn Herc Rentals’ portfolio.
- Field Sales Exposure: shadow Territory Sales Reps and visit customer job sites to understand needs and applications.
- Operational & Industry Exposure: learn branch operations, logistics, and services across segments.
- Career Path Preparation: prepare for a Territory Sales Representative role with leadership coaching and advancement opportunities.
