Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Fort Worth is launching a 2027 Early Career Program for Account Representatives. You will train intensively, learn through classroom and hands-on sales activities, and transition into the Sales organization after program completion.

The role involves selling products and services via phone, email, and fax, building customer relationships, and supporting quotes and orders across the region. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or related field (internship accepted).
• Graduated from a bachelor’s degree program within the past two years of the start of the Launch program.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services via telephone, internet, e-mail, and fax.
• Build relationships to increase customer penetration and sales opportunities.
• Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timelines.
• Process the customer’s order by entering it into the sales database.
• Travel up to 50% domestically to visit branches, customers and partners.
