TTI, Inc. seeks an Account Representative (Launch) to join its Fort Worth launch program. You will engage customers via phone, email and web to learn products, manage quotes, orders and delivery timelines. Training is classroom and hands-on, with eventual placement in a branch sales role in North Texas.

The program emphasizes relationship building, sales fundamentals and corporate values, with a clear path to ongoing sales positions within the branch network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in sales, customer service or related field (internship allowed).
• Candidates must have graduated within the past two years of the start of the Launch program.

Responsibilities

• Sell TTI products and services via phone, web, email and fax.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Product Management and Sales Management.
• Provide quotes, process orders and manage delivery timelines.
• Build customer relationships and expand account base.
• Support sales reporting and forecast activities.
