Job summary

TTI, Inc. in Mt Laurel, NJ is seeking an Account Representative as part of the 2027 Early Career Program.

You will participate in an intensive training program at the corporate office to gain knowledge through classroom and hands-on experience, with transition into a branch-based sales role. The role involves selling products via phone, email and fax, building relationships, and collaborating with Field Sales and Product Management to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0–2 years in sales, customer service or related field (internship accepted).
• Graduated from a bachelor’s degree program within the past two years of start of the Launch program.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services via telephone, internet, e‑mail and fax.
• Build relationships and expand customer base within assigned territory.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Reps, Product Management and Sales Management to increase customer penetration.
