Job summary

TTI, Inc. in San Jose is launching a Career Launch Program. The Account Representative (Launch) will participate in an intensive training program, then transition into the Sales organization and be based in a branch.

The role sells products via telephone, internet, email, and fax, coordinating with Field Sales, Product Management, and Sales Management to grow customer penetration. The program emphasizes high ethical standards and requires up to 50% travel to visit branches and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (internship accepted).
• Graduated from a bachelor’s degree program within the past two years of the start of the Launch program.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services via telephone, internet, e-mail and fax.
• Provide price and delivery quotes to customers within geographic territory.
• Process orders and manage quotes in the sales database with accuracy and timeliness.
• Travel locally and domestically up to 50% to visit branches, customers and partners.
