Job summary

TTI, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative (Launch) as part of the Early Career Program in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves intensive training in the corporate office, with transition to the Mexico branch in North Fort Worth, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or related field (internship accepted).
• Candidates must have graduated from a bachelor’s degree program within the past two years of the start of the Launch program.
• Bilingual - English/Spanish spoken and written required.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services via telephone, internet, e-mail, and fax.
• Work with Field Sales Representatives, Product Management, and Sales Management to increase customer penetration and sales opportunities.
• Provide price and delivery quotes within customer timeline by coordinating with branch or product managers and manufacturers to secure competitive pricing.
• Enter orders into the sales database for quote processing and delivery schedules; ensure accuracy and timely processing.
• Expand product knowledge through resources like product literature, factory reps, product managers, and other sales reps to discuss options with customers.
