Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 0 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (internship accepted).
• Graduated from a bachelor’s degree program within the past two years of the start of the Launch program.

Responsibilities

• Sells company products and services to assigned customers in territory.
• Establishes and maintains business rapport with customer staff to be viewed as distributor of choice.
• Pursues new business leads using reps, trade shows, networking, manufacturers, internet, and internal resources.
• Facilitates follow-up on the sales cycle with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, complete orders and quotes.
• Attends quarterly business reviews (QBR) with suppliers and internal meetings to understand business outlook.
• Ensures timely price quotes aligned with customer deadlines and maximizes profitability for the company.
• Increases account coverage by coordinating with Account Representatives for high-level customer service.
• Negotiates pricing with suppliers to win business while protecting profitability.
• Travels up to 50% to visit branches, customers and partners.
