TTI, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative (Launch) as part of the 2027 Early Career Program. Based in the San Jose area, you will train intensively at the corporate office and transition into the sales organization.

You will sell company products to assigned customers while building relationships and presenting value-added solutions. Key duties include creating and defending sales, pursuing new business, and collaborating with account teams to deliver quotes, manage cycles, and ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the past two years.
• Graduated from a bachelor’s program within the Launch start date window.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and call on assigned customer accounts to drive sales.
• Establish and maintain rapport with customers’ purchasing and management staff.
• Pursue new business leads via reps, trade shows, networking and internal resources.
• Maintain follow-through on the sales cycle with quotes, samples and orders.
• Attend quarterly business reviews with suppliers and internal meetings.
• Ensure timely quotes and accurate delivery information for profitability.
